3.3 No Marketplace
G4MESHOP is not a marketplace where third-party sellers list products. When you buy from g4meshop.com, you buy directly from G4MESHOP LLC, subject to these Terms.

4. Eligibility & Account Registration

4.1 Age Requirement

  • Change or discontinue products at any time
  • Reject or cancel any order if a product is not available or in case of obvious errors or suspected abuse

6. Prices, Taxes & Currencies

6.1 Prices
Prices for products are displayed on the Site in the currency indicated. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout at the time you submit your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for, except in case of obvious mistakes.

8. Digital Delivery

8.1 Delivery Method
No physical goods are shipped. Digital products are delivered by:

  • Email notification; and/or
  • Other digital means described on the Site or in your order confirmation.

8.2 Delivery Time
Delivery is usually instant after payment is successfully processed and any necessary checks are completed. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Anti-fraud checks;
  • Technical or system issues;
  • Manual review of your order.

8.3 Responsibility After Delivery

Once a key or code has been delivered:

  • You are responsible for redeeming, storing, and securing it.
  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, sharing, or misuse of keys/codes after delivery.
  • You should redeem keys within a reasonable time and follow the instructions of the relevant platform.

9. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

9.1 Digital Products – General No-Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and are often delivered instantly, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the key or code has been delivered or made accessible to you.

Digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical products, and once a key is revealed, it may be used immediately.

By purchasing digital products from us, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy, except where:

  • Required by applicable law, or
  • Explicitly allowed under our separate Refund Policy published on the Site.

9.2 Exceptions & Discretionary Solutions

At our sole discretion and in specific, limited circumstances, we may consider refunds, replacements, or store credit. Examples include:

  • Clear technical error on our side leading to non-delivery that cannot be resolved;
  • Key proven invalid or already used on first activation attempt, after our investigation and, where necessary, confirmation by the platform.

We may require screenshots, error messages, and other information to investigate the issue and we may also request cooperation with the platform’s support.

9.3 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We treat unjustified chargebacks as a serious breach of these Terms. If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us, we may:

  • Suspend or terminate your account;
  • Block further orders;
  • Report suspected fraud to payment providers and/or relevant authorities; and
  • Take steps to recover any losses or fees incurred.

If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact our support team first (for example, via the Contact Us page or Submit a Ticket section) before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

9.4 Statutory Withdrawal Rights (If Applicable)

Where local consumer protection laws grant a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that:

  • By purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract; and
  • You acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered or made accessible to you (for example, when the key or code is revealed).

10. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

  1. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  2. Use VPNs, proxies, or other methods to circumvent region or geographic restrictions.
  3. Resell, distribute, or use products in a way that violates the terms of the relevant platform, publisher, or law.
  4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  5. Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to place abnormal volumes of orders, scrape data, or interfere with the Site.
  6. Upload, transmit, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing.
  7. Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or Services.

If we reasonably believe you have breached these obligations, we may suspend or terminate your account, cancel orders, and take other lawful actions.

  • Suspension or closure of your account on those platforms; or
  • Any loss or damage arising from third-party actions or policies.

  • Any products or services they offer; or
  • Their privacy practices or terms.

Access to third-party websites is at your own risk.

13. Promotions, Coupons & Store Credit

From time to time, we may offer:

  • Promotional discounts, coupon codes, or vouchers;
  • Store credit (balance), bonus credit, or similar incentives.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of the offer:

  1. Promotions are subject to separate terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, G4MESHOP LLC and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
  • Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to follow product instructions or system requirements;
  • Any issues caused by third-party platforms, services, or your own devices or internet connection.

In any event, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site, Services, or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to G4MESHOP for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless G4MESHOP LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

18. Termination

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, the Site, or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19.2 Jurisdiction
You agree that the courts of the State of Wyoming shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide you with different rights.

19.3 Amicable Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.

20. Changes to These Terms
